DDP it's not a good site for raw dealer players, unless you visit alot of cons and top 8 in all of them. They will blantly tell you that your deck sucks if you post a deck and it's not up to con level. ;D D@mn Skippy, I am The Legend Killer on TCO and why not say decks that arent con material suck? its the truth, if your posting a deck it means u wanna win not lose. if you wanted to have fun with a deck you would either say so or not post it. TCO is a Site based on Servival of the Fittest and how to play the system right. I kno I have Started Flames with UT's, PCG and TPM and so many more and have I yet to get kicked off the site...? Nope. Thats b/c I kno how the system works.

TCO is not based on the survival of the fittest, but rather, survival based upon who you know, and how well you can get some pull your way. If not through politics, then you try to fly completely under the radar, and what better way to do that then hit its blind spots, such as the Tournament Report, Announcements, Fantasy Board and sometimes even the General Discussion area.
The fact is, the Administration, for all of its strictness, is very lazy in certain spots, and that usually allows for guys like this Legend Killer to work their little aggressions towards others without any punishment. That really wasn't the case under my watch, as I proved to be the overall watch dog of the site; of course, that didn't matter, as because of one stupid argument asserted by the ever mindless Brian "Antigoth" Mitchell, I had to get off that site. I don't hold any regrets, though; I left on my terms, and kept my integrity intact. Life without TCO wasn't the end of my Raw Deal profession, nor has it slowed me down, if anything, my game has actually improved since that cluster fuck of a forum was cut from my life. I'm now more free to view other Raw Deal sites, and really take in the strategies of more diverse areas.
Again, life without TCO isn't the end but rather a fresher, newer beginning.

TCO does have some of the best on their site, and I will say that they deserve where they are in the Raw Deal scene. James K for example. But what get's me pissed the most is the power control system that they use as a means to punish members.
I am the type of person who speaks their mind on certain issues. If I got a problem with it, I talk about it. This got me banned from TCO. But when you abuse your power like they do I belive that is should be revoked. Antigoth and Creed are perfect examples.
Granted I am a mod of the deck clinic, it does not mean im gonna throw a power rampage like they do.

Brian "Antigoth" is the epitome of power trip. The "man" actually believes that in order to talk Raw Deal strategy, you have to be ranked a certain place, otherwise, you don't know what you're talking about, and thus, can be ridiculed by the likes of him. Nevermind the fact that you've done a lot for the Raw Deal community, or have given some sound strategic advice throughout your stay at TCO, if you don't match up in rank against him, you're a nitwit.
Honestly, I hope that when TCO finally does crumble, the blame gets squarely placed on his fucking shoulders.

Agreed, if you do not play at Con Level and top 16 at a con, you suck. So says Antigoth. And I know I have not personally been able to go to a con, but I know where I stand. The Eric/Cole stratagy, was my original idea. This was when Cole first came out. But some big name players grabbed the idea from a TCO post of mine, did well with the idea, and now they get to claim it. I know if I was to go to a big con, I would be the underdog, me not having in prior con knowledge. There are many of us who could compete at a con level, the problem is that 90% of the major cons are on the east coast. So Cal is a very long way for me to go. We need one in Seattle or Portland. Stupid Barron living on the East Coast. But that's all beside the point. TCO will shunn you if ur a noob. And trust me, I see alot of noobs on here, but we don't burn them for not having a big card support. Many of us are just kids, we don't get a paycheck or ne other money source outside of allowence.
Once again:

I am the type of person who speaks their mind on certain issues. If I got a problem with it, I talk about it. This got me banned from TCO. But when you abuse your power like they do I belive that is should be revoked. Antigoth and Creed are perfect examples. Oh ho, what's this? Taking a shot at me when you think I'm not looking? Nice try, Trevor. Let's start from the beginning: First, you were told you were breaking the rules of TCO by flaming people. Rather than own up to it, you made a lot of excuses. The excuses didn't matter, you were still breaking the rules, and you receive no special treatment - the same rules applied to you as everyone else. The amusing part was claiming 'freedom of speech', which (a) doesn't apply to privately-owned entities, where you can be removed at the owner's request, and (b) in CANADA, since 'freedom of speech' is an American concept. Next, you, Snyder and Cantor got it in your head that you could declare war on the site administration. Why you guys thought this was a good idea is beyond me, since many have tried and all have failed. But basically you said to the people who made and run the site, "Hey, we want to be able to insult people, even though you made the rules that say we can't do that. We're going to MAKE you change them for us." No. So you got banned. Then you broke the site rules again and made a new account. That account was also banned. Then you made another account. (at this point, I have to note - for a person who says TCO is bad, you sure are trying REALLY hard to use it, Trevor) You were IP-banned. You found a way around that - okay, whatever. You said you just wanted to post normally with no problems. We decided to let it go as long as you behaved yourself and followed the rules. But no, soon it was back to telling people their deck was stupid. Also, you told people your name was something it wasn't. People regularly called you Mike Antsett and you let them. (It is also against TCO rules to impersonate other people). Finally we discovered your real name and confronted you with it, so you dropped the pretense. (Being honest is not the same thing as being caught in a lie and admitting it) We discussed your behavior and decided that if we banned you yet again, you would just make another name and keep posting, since you appeared to want to be on TCO so badly. Instead, we decided that we'd simply watch you, and anytime you flamed someone, we'd just delete the post. Antigoth was very open about all the PMs back and forth, where you threatened him repeatedly and said you would get him removed. Edge, the owner of the site, did not think about removing him because of this -- instead, he agreed that you simply did not want to follow the site rules and wanted to blame everyone else for your bad behavior. So he changed your tagline, just to show you who was in charge. Now, after dozens of attempts to get on TCO, you've finally recognized the truth - you don't get to do whatever you want. That's the way the world works. You can't go to the TCO site, tell people they are stupid, their deck sucks, etc. and get away with it. So NOW it's 'Screw TCO?' NOW, after you spent months hounding the management to let you on so you could break the rules again? Hmmmmm, no. For all your self-proclaimed maturity, this whole rant makes it look like you are saying. 'Well, um, fine! Fine! I didn't want to be here anyway!' But.. you kept coming back. Over and over. Repeatedly. (So we're clear, if you're confused about any of the FACTS - not opinions or 'my side of the story', etc - FACTS, I can provide times, dates, your posts, etc) Whatever. You'll think what you want to think, but for all your 'Abuse of power!', in the end you have no one to blame but yourself, Trevor. No one. CREED

Well Creed, im not the only person who thinks u and Antigoth abuse your powers. Im glad that I can help people out on this site rather than TCO. I may have broke the "site rules", but when your people of TCO send me viruses *the mods and admins* then I start something. Brian kept PM me and talking crap to me, I do not sit around and take it. I try and take it up with the superiors of TCO and they don't wanna hear it.
And when I did post to help people with their decks, I belive I gave another idea for Torrie, then I get told that im flaming, by giving another direction with that superstar.
I constantly got attacked by your "staff" yet, no one on here seems to have a problem with me.
Me and Americannightmare seem to share the same view of TCO. As do many others. You say im a problem, the way you treat your uses is a problem.
I really feel that noob's in raw deal have no chance in your site.
The only people who are welcomed with out getting attacked are con level players. Neidorf, Cantor, Kandizolkia, Frankie H, ETC.
Yet I get plenty of comments for making con level decks, as do many other no bodys in the raw deal scene.
I may have pissed u off by slandering you on the net, which I did do. I will say im sorry for that. But for what you guys did to me and others I think we all deserve a sorry from you.
Darth Weasel is a problem that I have with him. I am no longer on speaking terms with him anymore.
I am on good terms with Laroche.
The only people that really started me up with the slandering was ANTIGOTH.
He kept calling me a punk @$$ lil kid and other words that will not be said * he was cussing for those of you who do not understand what I said*
Then I try to take it to Edge, and he pretty much gives me the F-U.
I have no regrets for what I did on TCO. Infact when you boot more people off, they will soon understand what I went threw, as did many others before me.
I got treated like crap by many of your users and mods/admins. But at least Im man enough to say im sorry for when I know I've done wrong, im yet to see anything for u or antigoth.

I appreciate your apology, but let me put it another way:
Go to a restaurant with a 'No Shirt - No Shoes - No Service' sign. Order your meal Take off your Shirt Refuse to put it back on when asked by your server When management tells you to put your shirt back on or leave, refuse to put your shirt back on When management then asks you to leave, sneak in the back door - still wearing no shirt When management again tells you to leave, you climb in a window, wearing a nose-and-glasses disguise, pretending to be someone else.. but still with no shirt. When the police finally remove you... ...ask the manager to apologize.
Tell me how far that gets you, okay?

Lemme interject, if I may. Can I? ... Can I? ... Good. As much as I was enjoying the convo, this needs to stop, period. Hell, I had me a good bowl of freshly-popped popcorn, and I enjoyed every minute of it. And frankly, Chris is absolutely right. Chris is completely right. TCO has a set of rules that you must obide by, and you did not do it. True, Superboards is a lot more loose compared to TCO, but there is a reason. Gather around the fire, it's story time!
It was shortly after Bunker and Harley were demoted from Admin that Brian, Rob, and I sat down to see what's gonna happen. Assentually, Brian was looked as responsible since he knew Rob and already had experience as Admin. I was seen as responsible as I was the now Senior Admin and also worked on the site then. Brian and I wrote those very rules you see on TCO today. We put it to a vote with the other staff members, they agree, they were posted. Very little of the rules were altered or added. Now...why is it that TCO has so strict of rules? Simple. People are immature. Period. Back when we installed the rules, there were kids, I think from mainly Dark Tower, that would constantly post-whore and constantly flame the members of TCO. I can keep going on what else triggered the rules, but I've already set the marshmallows on fire.
Now, why do the rules seem stricter now than other boards...erm...Superboards? Simple. People are *cough* more mature now than possibly ever. TCO's posts actually concern themselves with the main subject. There will be a lot of "Why is this rule here?"stuff because the outdated rules. Also, a technique used by the Superboards, less restrictions = more in-depth posts. I've used my mathematics for about 30 seconds yesterday. TCO, in it's 1300 members and 5 digit posting, averages 11 posts per user. However, on the SB side, we only have a mere 85 people, and average 28 posts per user. Superboards has been open for almost a month. TCO's been open for 5/6 years. Superboards currently cannot compete on some levels, but they CAN compete where it counts, the posts.
To end my rant, I state: "Milk, milk, lemonade...around the corner fudge is made."

I, nor can the Superboards staff, cannot control the actions of the users, but we cannot "support" a hacking of any kind.
Getting off the legal mumbo jumbo, I am still against doing that. Besides, he backs up the server...if you did go through, he'll bring it back up again. TCO has survived two "Hacks" already.

WHy would you want to hack tco and bring it down? You basically prove why they banned you. Leave TCO alone sure you annoy the people that should be annoyed but you also annoy the good people of tco that help the old lady across the street and the ones who give money to the poor.

ppl hack TCO for a reason, Angel has a reason. The fact that he wants to is his business. I think that angel has proven himself to be a good person, on SB at least, and the reason he got banned was a BS reason, far worse than my reason was. Let him tell his story before you label him Herber

Man, heres where I draw the line.
1. Last I checked, angel isn't banned (I could be wrong though)EDIT: Talked to him...he is banned 2. Angel got banned for starting shit...and he knows it. When you get right down to it, most of the reason people get banned is for disrespect and post whoring. They're not innocent bystanders. 3. I aint saying TCO is flawless. It aint, and anyone that believes any of the raw deal sites are is an idiot.
Much of the reason TCO bans people is so that people with respect for the rules don't have to go through twenty threads of stupid sh*t to get to someone with a valid point. At the same token, one of the reasons Superboards is so lax is so that that people feel they can talk safely. Neither are anything even close to perfect, but the respective administrators on both sites do what they think is right.
And for the record to Trevor and Jon, openly posing about attacking web sites is a very dumb thing to do.
