RVD and Sabu arrested... Kurt Angle suspended for 30 days (for unknown reasons) does this mean the Death of the new WWE brand?

rvd is gone for 30 days and sabu was only fined $1000, so sabu will still be able to help ecw. the top guys to feud with wwe guys were rvd and angle, so idk what they r gonna do. imo it was better when it was wwe vs. ecw, but now that feud sorta died. i think ecw will keep going for a while until they combine brands or somethin but it will never be that popular cuz basically every week has sucked.

but still, 30 days is enough to make people not really watch it. although with Sabu only getting fined it should still be fine.

I'll tell you one thing, now that Angle is completely shut off from the WWE, he needs to go to TNA.

yeah, he was forcefully released from his contract, not fired. there is a diffrence, its because he keeps on wrestling with injurys, he will come back, but not untill they say he is fit for the ring again.

back to the actual topic of the thread, does anyone else find it really dumb that ECW only has ONE Extreme Rules match per show?

back to the actual topic of the thread, does anyone else find it really dumb that ECW only has ONE Extreme Rules match per show? I usually only am home in time to catch the main event but I was under the impression that all matches were ? That's quite stupid and makes me even less inclined to watch it. If I ever see someone get dq'ed in ECW I will never watch it again.

yeah, its really stupid, i mean they have some great superstars, but i just cant stand the idea that they dont have All the matches be ECW matches.

i still watch because i like the wrestlers, Sabu, Sandman, Balls, CM Punk... but the idea of DQs in an ECW show... preposterous.

it does suck rancid that they only have one per night, but they are trying to get more people to watch it, so they have less violence. I, myself, was and still am a huge ECW fan, but they need to get back to their roots, that is what made us love it in the first place. Such as the great Tag match with Sabu and RVD the other night, vintage ECW old-school.

Thats fine that they want to appeal to more people but they are on cable and the Sci-Fi Channel , mostly it's going to be the old school hardcore fans watching anyways. When I go to watch ECW I want to see he chairs , tables , kendo sticks , etc .. that's what I know ECW as. I don't expect or want to see a bunch of technical matches. Honestly they dont have the roster for that.

The roster part is true, can you imagine Sandman being technical? Sabu? Balls???
Really, the only reason I still watch it is because of the originals, and CM Punk.
