This is the set-up I have been running with RVD and it's worked well
Bitter so you can play Vince first Vince RVD Taunt Break
Grab to Flurry of Strikes and hit them with one. Very simple

i like that pre-idea except Break since it's not in afterburn. but the idea with the steel chain shot is so great + No DQ Match/ditch steel for chair or garbage can lid/cold cocked. gets you up to enough to play anything in the deck. and when you play a unique card you return steel chain for more discarding.
but my pre goes kinda like this.
I Want to Play The Game or Bitter Rivals(depends who i face) No DQ Match Managed by Vince McMahon Old School Wrestling Match(if they choose this card with IWTPTG, than i play a belt or taunt) R-V-D
thx for that idea metallica

after really looking at it and play testing it, No DQ really didnt help except get enough -F to play my chair and garbage, so i put in Chicago street fight and that did alot better overall.

Yeah I had an RVD deck and Chicago SF is the way to go over no DQ. But now with Sidewalk Slams It hurts Foreign Object decks 2.

well i brought this deck up to date somewhat, and it looks alright but i would have to agree Sidewalk slam is one of the cards that can slow this deck down. cause sidewalk slam can reverse these cards in my deck
1x Everything's Cool When You're... 3x Struck by a Kendo Stick(TB) 3x Steel Chain Shot(TB) 3x Chair Shot 1x Rolling Thunder
and most of these help out the deck alot.
