X-Treme Diva - Ability forces her to play sponge so you can remove cards from opponent's deck via her ability. Typically recovery is her friend, so cards like Rochester, Ready to Fight, Out of Control, Iron Will, Hello Ladies, and stuff like that are good. Also, That's Broken and That's Balanced help assure you that reversals to key "Game Over" cards (Slingshot Into The Ring Post and Goodnight, Everybody, I'm looking at you right now) are always available to her. Get Back In The Ring is cool as well, since that blocks the "Game Over" cards you want to avoid. Finally, The Road Less Traveled (edited to correct myself) is how you win games.
Matt Hardy - Play the Throwback V1 (Feud), Hell In A Cell, and stack the deck full of grapples and high risks. Alternately, you can go dynamic, so every move you throw turns into a grapple until end of turn and triggers the V1 ability.
Los Guerreros - Too versitale to really do justice to. Pick an alignment (face or heel) and go nuts. Eddie's cards are stacked, and they usually give you a good base of what to work with. Also, We Lie, We Cheat, and We Steal is busted as well. Many themes work well with them just because they have a lot of search and their cards are so far over the top powerful they can own a lot of people.
Victoria - Again, a very versitale superstar who can abuse multiple options. Backed by Torrie & Candace is a great way to hide key cards while your ability shuffles crap into the deck. Managed by Stevie is a poor man's Jimmy Hart, which is cool, but good luck finding a way to keep your hand up.
Rikishi: Use hard to reverse moves like Boot Lace, German Suplex TB, and Revolution moves. Play Gone - Not Forgotten in the pre-match so you can keep throwing the same moves over and over.
Mankind - Like X-Diva, you're going to take a massive beating early based on your stats, so recovery is definitely a top choice. Because of your low handsize and drawing potential, you could use In The Interest of Fairness TB to crush your opponent's opening hand. Immune to Pain is also a good card in Foley that will allow you to survive longer. BASH is also solid if you wish, since the early fort you'll get will help you survive an early onslaught. And as it is for all decks that take a beating, Mankind would make a decent Heat deck, since cards in your ringside pile = cards you can play.

Thanks! More advice is appreciated, seeing as I can compare and contrast different peoples opinions.

I've Played Mankind by himself and once I got a hold of Cactus Jack and Dude Love I Made a very mean Dude Love deck....I agree with the heat idea because Mankind has a low hand and heat keeps your hand doing good once you hit five but make sure to hold onto Three faces of Foley that card will save you almost 100% of the time....
