Heya, complete Newb here who's just started playing RD again after giving up back when the Backlash Set was new! I used to play Matt Hardy a lot. Looking over various posts it seems Matt Hardy + Hell in a Cell Prematch is the general Trend. Is Matts ability not affected by Hell in a Cell? Am I missing something glaringly obvious? Apologies if this is the wrong section to post this in, couldn't decide between Rules or Newb section

nah man im pretty sure this is in the right section. haha anyway. Hardy can use hell in a cell because its his ability to shuffle in cards. hell in a cell only effects cards themselves. not superstar abilities. im about 99% sure on this. but its been like almost a year since i played. so you might wanna get a second opinion before you try this in like a tourny or something. lol.

as was said and stated in the FAQ:
Any Superstar Ability moving that player’s cards from that Superstar’s Ringside Pile to another location will trigger the removal of Heat cards from their discard pile. These Abilities are not affected by The Rattlesnake’s ability or Hell in a Cell Match.
