shuffle up mid or pre match from ringside pile?

1. is it possible to remove mid/pre match from ring area or etc with "gut punch" or similar card effect?

if yes
2. is it possible to shuffle up mid/pre match from ringside pile that has been removed by "gut punch" with cards like "puppies! puppies!"?

if yes
3. for mid match will just have to use it when need to. what about pre match? do we just put it back to the ring area straight or do we have to play it? isnt it already after pre match phrase already??

4. if im using "I've got two words for ya!" and i choose to do the effect (all players put all cards in their ring area into ringside pile), do i put my pre match into ringside pile?

Pre-match and Mid-match cards may be forced out of the Ring area into your Ringside pile, but they may never be shuffled into your Arsenal or placed in your hand. They cannot be returned to the Backlash deck unless specifically written in a card’s text.
