ok, i've seen many decks posted with skirt the issue x3, is this card now in SS3 not active anymore??, or is it a missprint??, just that...

MRP rule, the new Skirt the Issue isn't active anymore.
Meaning, if you had 3 copies of the old one, you would still need to follow the rules of the new one (which, by no means whatsoever, is bad).

If you play the old one, it is now NON-Active. Since it isnt Throwback but a card reprint then it would follow the mrp rule.
