Of course. I always have plastics in every deck. Backlash, Arsenal, Superstar Card, and now Backstage Area cards.

Yeah I've always used sleeves for the cards. And of course a deck box for the whole thing. I don't know what to do though with the extra sleeves I created for myself after finding another pair of designs that I thought was much cooler.

Yeah i always use protectors. I dont like when the foils get scratched up. Plus its good if you are using both wwe and wwf cards. Even when drafting, i try to pick up at least the penny sleaves and protect my cards. Bad thing about that is that it slips all over the place.

Yeah, plastics are a neccessity ... especially with people like Destroyer and Kenneth the Bear around who always spill stuff. Not to mention if you're feeling snazzy you can color code your deck plastics with the background of the superstar or some representative color of the superstar (i.e. orange and black for Tazz, etc.). Oddly enough though, every time I've ever color coded a deck I think it's failed miserably, but when I just throw a deck together with any old plastics it does pretty well.
Coincidence? I leave that to you ...

unless the deck means nothing to me and has only commons/uncommons then yes I use cases for my decks. how can a deck "mean" nothing?? i won't play a person if they don't have a sleeved deck. i ama acollector and even if thats the 100th step aside you have in that deck i can't bare to see it mistreated. ok i'm going a little overboard but i am close to that in real life. as for me i have to play with sleeves in serious games because i still play with wwf backed cards.
