Can someone please explain to me this portion of Andre's ability:
During your opponent's turn, when he ends his turn before playing a second card or successfully plays a second card and damage has been applied, you may put 1 card from your hand on the bottom of your arsenal, draw 1 card, he randomly discards 2 cards, and end his turn.

I dont understand this either. Under what circumstances CANT Andre use his ability? If you end your turn without playing a card...thats covered...play one card...thats covered...play 2 cards and andre can use his ability to end your turn plus make you discard?!?!!? Also, if Andre uses his backstage card he can reduce you to one card and then make you discard any card you draw with his ability denying you a hand. Am I missing something?

snippet from the FAQ
-Andre cannot use his ability if he ends the turn by reversing his opponent’s first card from hand, Ring area, or Ringside pile. However, he can use his ability if he reverses his opponent’s second card from Arsenal. -If Andre’s opponent continues his turn (Rabid Wolverine, for example) and plays a third card, Andre cannot use his ability any longer on this turn.

You cleared it up somewhat, but on the card it says he can use his ability if the second card applied damage. Does this mean if I used lets say a pump kick then go for the cheap pop and end my turn, would he still use his ability?

you mean Really Going for the Cheap Pop ?
ok you play Pump Kick....it goes through.... then you play Really Going for the Cheap Pop... it's successful so you do the text on the card and then apply the damage, in this case 0, then Andre can use his ability and end your turn. if he revereses the RGftCP then he can't use his ability because he ended your turn.

Can andre use his ability on the largest athlete if he plays a maneuver, damage is applied, and is forced to end his turn because of ability?

from the FAQ:
If the opponent's cards, effects, or Superstar Ability cause him to end his turn, Andre's Ability will still take place. EXAMPLE: The Largest Athlete in Sports Entertainment or Mr. PPV
so yes

Can Andre use his ability without a card in his hand? I'm pretty sure that if you are to use an ability you still need to meet the requirements, I.e. may put 1 card from your hand to the bottom of your arsenal, draw 1 card, opponent randomly discards two cards, then end his turn
A friend of mine has Andre and said since the word 'may' is on the card, and the rules state to do as much as the text possible, he can just use his ability even though I made him discard his hand.
Is this true or is this bullshit?
