Managed by Dawn Marie
Your starting hand size is +1. When this card is in your ring area, during your turn you may put this card into your ringside pile and then put 1 card with an Activated Card Effect from your opponent's ring area into his ringside pile.
Fans Love An Underdog
When this card is in your ring area, as a Mid-Match Action, you may put this card into your ringside pile, draw 1 card, and your opponent's reversal card to your next card played this turn is +8F.
Even though Fans Love An Underdog came out before they created the ACE logo, because it is still an ACE, would you be able to put it into your opponent's ringside pile with Dawn Marie?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure Managed by Dawn Marie has the ACE logo itself.

The original version (Vengeance) of Managed by Dawn Marie has no ACE symbol. The SS3 version has the ACE symbol though.

Here's the bottom line: a card does NOT have to have the Activated Card Effect logo in order to have an Activated Card Effect. The logo is simply a reminder. Fans Love an Underdog has an Activated Card Effect, which can be reversed by ACE reversals and the card can be removed by Managed by Dawn Marie or Escape the Rules.
