Despite the looks of the title of this thread, it's about a ruling question... Not an invitation Lets Get It On! (aka LeGO) Pre-match Event You cannot play Pre-Match cards. Your Starting Hand Size is +2. Raw + Active F:0 D:0 |
I just got out of a match where LeGO was played as the fifth card of the pre-match phase. I am wondering, if this was indeed a legit use of the card. The card doesn't say anything contrary to the use like: "Can only be played if you have no other Pre-match cards in your ring area." So I went along with it. So my question is: If you save LeGO for your last pre-match slot, you can play it legally? Follow-up question: When you do play LeGO, can you play cards that are Prematch/Midmatch hybrids? (Such as Edge's Big Slide Into the Ring.)

Yes, this would be a legitimate play, and yes you could later play Hybrids Prematch/Midmatches, assuming you are playing them as MidMatch cards. You are right in your assessment that it is an alright play due to not having the clause of "Can not be played if you have Pre-Match cards" or any other along those lines.
