Well, you have Beatings From Dudleyville, which you could go the Bad Blood route to try and get. The Dudley Boyz decks that I have seen usually run with No DQ Match (TB). One that I saw went first turn BFAM into Chain Lashing (TB) (which they grabbed with their ability), for 10D which is mean, because they basically had to have 2 Steps to reverse it. That was something that worked well. You just have to find a way to hit BFAM consistently now with Sidewalk Slam (TB) released.
You can run with the No DQ Match (TB) and run with maneuvers like Struck by a Kendo Stick (TB) and Chair Shots, basically the usual Foreign Objects.
I dunno, I've never really built them as I don't own them, they're on of the few sets I don't own, and I can't really think of a move set for them. You could run Raw Roulette Wheel, Chi-town, and No DQ Match (TB), so that if they do reverse your few 0Fs, you can try to rotate in Chi-town to bring them back (the Struck by a Kendo Sticks (TB)).
I would maybe pack 3 DLBs, so if they did stop your first few maneuvers, u could gain initial Fortitude with your DLBs instead of having to spin Chi-town in (however long it may take), grab your FO, and then spin in No DQ Match (TB) so you can play the FO you just grabbed. You wouldn't have to spin in the No DQ Match (TB) seeing as how you'd have enough Fortitude off of the DLBs to play your Struck by a Kendo Sticks (TB).
Another good card with them is Overhand Chairshot, but that's to be said for any Raw, Heel FO deck. You could also run TLC Match (TB) to have your Chair Shots right away once you hit 10F (7F if No DQ Match (TB) is in play). It would help to speed up the process, but it's another stip that you would have to run starting on top of the wheel, meaning Chi-town and No DQ would have to be under.
I dunno, there's a lot of things you can do with them, just remember to pack Managed by Eric Bischoff to play as a Manager, to stop all of those Vince cards, like Vince Interferes, and especially Vince, GRA, which would be used to blank your Stips.
That should be enough to get ya going with the deck, and if you have any questions, just let me know.

As I also run the Dudleyz, I will throw in a few suggestions. I am actually building a 'Dudleys & Divas' deck, based off the fact that No-DQ match subtracts 3F from your run ins as well. Not too many people would be inclined to see that coming from the Dudleyz. Also, a 'Hand Strip' deck using Chi-Street Fight and Hardcore TKB is a good one also. As was suggested, obviously run them heel RAW, you will be able to get your greatest results with that.
One more thing, I think the key to any good Dudleyz deck is their Pre-match. Well that is obvious for any deck, but with them especially. Running Managed by Bischoff is a must to stop those McMahon cards and if they don't do that, I have found pretty good success with the aforementioned and card Managed by Stacy (TB) running heel. (I think I read MbSK (TB) Right...you can put it into your ring area whenever you play a manager card...?)
