What cards do you have? It is kind of hard to help if you don't tell what cards you have, also how many you have.
As far as Strikes go for heel
Chair Shot, Overhand Chair Shot, Reverse 360 Degree Chair Shot.

Well, first off you're gonna just need basic 0F strikes since the only FO one is Handcuffed, and I guess other ways with No DQ Match.
If you're running No DQ Match Struck by Kendo Stick (TB) Handcuffed Chain Lashing (TB)
other decent 0F Strikes for a beginner to use:
Superkick Kick Double Clothesline Takedown Knee Lift Precision Kick (Can be 0) Precision Clothesline (Can be 0) Lariat Takedown (Strike/Grapple)
There are many other's but these are the basic ones that are best

whilel pump kick is good it is all axcess only. using the punch 0f cards is also good for strike decks. the problem with this is the temptation of building a punch deck which could change the direction of the deck you want to build. a pro of using these cards would be to make your opponent think it's a punch deck then switch to something else.
