which booster packs contain the following cards:
Patented Austin Kick to the Gut
DTA (throwback)
Unleash Hell
STUNNER!
The Million Dollar Dream
and if possible can anyone offer tips on how to determine a good booster pack...

Patented Austin Kick and DTA (Throwback) both come out of Survivor Series 3 boosters.
Unleash Hell comes out of Unforgiven boosters.
STUNNER! comes out of No Way Out boosters.
The Million Dollar Dream only comes from the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase starter deck from No Way Out.

oh thankz but can i know if the Patented Austin Kick and DTA (Throwback) are included in the rumble pack #2

Patented Austin Kick and DTA (Throwback) are both ultra-rares, which means that they will only be in booster packs, not Rumble Pack 2. Also keep in mind that Patented Austin Kick to the Gut is not Unique.
