Well, I didn't attend last weeks tournament due to just taking a break. So this week I'm seeking blood! MWUAHAH! Actually I just wanted to play. So I fix up my BFM deck which I had ready except a few cards and decide to use him. Only 6 people show up but I already have most of the movie cards, and a shit load of siggies, so playing for packs is awesome.

Ric Flair

B.O.D
The Hurricane
F.B.I
Big Freakin' Machine
Round 1 - BFM Vs. F.B.I
Well, Herber remade his monster F.B.I that destroyed at SoCal last year. But with Heat toned down this set, I didn't think too much of it. I use my Washington D.C Venue to get the Bulldog Takedown Throwback card, and play my usual I'm Always On Top/Break You combo. I start off by Throwing the Bulldog takedown which can only be reversed from arsenal due to my ability and the cards effect. It goes through and then I play Atomic Bear Hug which gets reversed on the overturn. I basically have everything I need in my hand and play Atomic Lariat/Kane's Flying Clothesline for the win later on in the game.
Result: Pin Win 1 - 0
Round 2 - BFM Vs. B.O.D
Haven't seen this deck in action but I played it the same. Didn't get my venue because he played Little Rock, so I knew he was a volley deck. He didn't really get anything off. I hit a Dubb/Atomic Bear Hug Combo and it went pretty smoothly from there. He had about like 10 cards left and I played Unmasked Vengeance for the pin.
Result: Pin Win 2 - 0
Round 3 - BFM Vs. Ric Flair
I know this deck like the back of my hand. Still, Flair's a really touch deck to beat since my deck relys on my having fortitude at all time. He basically gets rid of all my maneuvers and stuff, hits mass amounts of heat maneuvers and wins with Aspyhixiator.
Result: Pin Loss 2 - 1
Round 4 - Semi-Finals - BFM Vs. F.B.I
This time the game went a little differently. He played Change In Programming Lineup and all my nice cards went away. He got off a few things. I got up the fortitude ladder and he did aswell. I had the new TB Chokeslam From Hell and I was waiting for him throw a Military Slam for me to reverse and win. But then I just realized to throw the TMF and win with that.
Result: Pin Win 3 - 1
Round 5 - Finals - BFM Vs. Ric Flair
This game goes different because I hit stuff, and he couldn't draw anything. I got fortitude off of reversals and little maneuvers which piled up faster than he could get rid off with his ability. He had like 13-15 cards left in his deck. I checked his ringside pile and he had 2 Step Asides. So I thought "He has no fortitude, and 2 step asides in ringside pile... SUICIDE STRIKE!" So I played the 20d strike maneuver for the win.
Result: Pin Win 4 - 1
So I won with BFM which is pretty cool since I believed this deck could win from day one. Next week is Afterburn so I'mma have to make a new deck. Till' next time folks!
